Non-Speculative

From the SL4 Lexicon:

This lexicon includes very futuristic and speculative terms side-by-side with acutely relevant and practical terms, so ambiguous entries are labelled accordingly. "Very speculative" means this something may not be possible under the laws of physics as we know them. "Somewhat speculative" means this something is probably not possible through human agency alone. "Non-Speculative" means this something is almost certainly possible through human agency, and is relatively likely to occur within the first half of the coming century.
