Calvin And Hobbes

• Calvin has been six years old for as long as we've known him, and for as long as we've watched the seasons change in his world.
• Calvin's knowledge base, vocabulary, and philosophical sophistication are consistent with his having been six years old for a long, long time.
• Calvin can do things which are physically impossible outside a virtual reality, although not in a way which allows anyone else to observe it.
• Calvin's parents have no names. Hobbes does.
• Whenever Calvin constructs a spaceship, duplicator, transmogrifier gun, etc., he is always in Hobbes's presence.
• No one has the ability to talk to Hobbes except Calvin.

I think we can guess what Calvin's wish was, and who Hobbes really is.
